Our general process is outlined below to create what you want - within your budget and on schedule. While all projects differ the process is basically the same.

1. Initial Meeting
Our initial consultation with you almost always occurs at your home and
is free. Our goal is to understand your project scope and specific
requirements. When possible, we quote construction costs at this meeting.

2. Design Sketches or Architectural Plans
For large scale projects, we create design sketches or architectural plans
to insure costing accuracy and client satisfaction. Written estimates on
jobs requiring plans typically take one week.

4. Product Selections
To simplify the task of product selections for client projects we provide a
run sheet of allowances that is accompanied by a list of manufacturers
we use regularly. If you have a preference that is not listed, we urge you
to use them. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.

5. Jobstart
Once the contract is signed; we confirm our start date and make plans
to minimize construction impact on your day to day life. Together, we
determine parking locations, daily start and stop times, how we should
work around the house. Note: As your construction progresses, you may
want to make changes. We understand. All change orders are agreed
upon and signed before the work is performed.

6. Project Completion & Final Walk Through
At the end of the job, we perform a final walk through to make sure
we've met your expectations. If any items need adjustment, they are
identified and resolved.
